Delicious tofu nuggets with dipping sauce, perfect for any occasion.

- 200 g Tofu firm
- 100 ml Soy milk unsweetened
- 200 g Cornflour for coating
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Hot sauce optional
- 50 g Breadcrumbs gluten-free
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil for frying
- To taste Salt
- To taste Pepper

- Cut tofu into bite-sized pieces.
- Prepare a mixing bowl, add the soy milk and hot sauce, and mix well.
- Dip each tofu piece in the soy milk mixture, then coat with cornflour.
- Mix breadcrumbs with paprika and roll the tofu in the mix.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the tofu nuggets until golden brown on all sides.
- Plate and serve with your choice of dipping sauces.
