Ingredients

- 300 g Broccoli florets
- 300 g Cauliflower florets
- 150 g Corn kernels
- 100 g Bacon bits cooked
- 150 ml Dressing
- 50 g Cheddar cheese grated
- 2 tablespoons Sunflower seeds
- 1 tablespoon Red onion chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons Fresh dill chopped
Instructions
Salad preparation instructions
- Blanch the broccoli and cauliflower in boiling water for 3 minutes, then drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, corn, and bacon bits.
- Add sunflower seeds, red onion, and cheese to the bowl, mix well.
- In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
- Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss to coat evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped dill before serving.
