- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 packet onion soup mix

- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, and onion soup mix.
- Add the uncooked rice to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Spread the rice mixture evenly in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Place the chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture.
- Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes
You can substitute the chicken breasts with chicken thighs for a juicier result. Make sure to cover tightly to trap steam for proper rice cooking.
