- 1 lb chicken breast boneless, skinless
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 3 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup low-fat cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 tablespoon butter optional
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 cup low-fat milk
- 1 green onion chopped, for garnish

- Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized cubes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until lightly browned.
- Add minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, and black pepper. Stir and let simmer on low for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook elbow macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour to create a roux. Slowly whisk in milk and cook until thickened.
- Reduce heat and mix in Greek yogurt and cheddar cheese. Stir until cheese has melted completely.
- Add cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and mix well.
- Serve the honey garlic chicken over the mac & cheese. Garnish with chopped green onion.
