- 1.5 lbs round steak cut into serving-size pieces
- ½ cup all-purpose flour for dredging
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 green bell pepper chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes 14.5 oz
- 1 can tomato sauce 8 oz
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon black pepper

- Dredge the steak pieces in flour, shaking off the excess.
- Heat oil in the pressure cooker on sauté mode and brown the steak pieces on both sides. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté onion and bell pepper until softened, then add garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
- Add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper to the pot. Stir to combine.
- Return the steak pieces to the pot, submerging them in the sauce.
- Seal the pressure cooker and cook on high pressure for 60 minutes.
- Allow natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then do a quick release. Serve hot.

You can serve this dish over mashed potatoes or rice for a complete meal.
