- 6 slices Bacon chopped
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- ½ cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- ½ teaspoon Smoked paprika
- Salt to taste

- Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Set the pressure cooker to sauté mode and add olive oil.
- Brown the chicken breasts on each side, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken and add chopped bacon to the cooker, cook until crispy.
- Return chicken to the pot and pour BBQ sauce over the top.
- Seal the pressure cooker lid and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Quick release the pressure and open the lid carefully.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and cooked bacon over the chicken.
- Close the lid again and let cheese melt for 3-5 minutes using keep warm mode.
