  • 4 Boneless chicken breasts skinless
  • 6 slices Bacon chopped
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

  • Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Set the pressure cooker to sauté mode and add olive oil.
  • Brown the chicken breasts on each side, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Remove chicken and add chopped bacon to the cooker, cook until crispy.
  • Return chicken to the pot and pour BBQ sauce over the top.
  • Seal the pressure cooker lid and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
  • Quick release the pressure and open the lid carefully.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and cooked bacon over the chicken.
  • Close the lid again and let cheese melt for 3-5 minutes using keep warm mode.
  • Serve hot with your favorite side dishes.
