
Copycat Hormel Chili and More Pressure Cooker Delights
This delicious homemade chili mimics the classic Hormel flavor but with more depth and richness, all achieved using a pressure cooker.

- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 can Kidney beans drained and rinsed
- 1 can Black beans drained and rinsed
- 1 can Tomato sauce
- 1 can Diced tomatoes
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 tablespoon Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 cup Water
- 1 Green bell pepper chopped

- Brown the ground beef in your pressure cooker on the sauté setting.
- Add the chopped onion and green bell pepper, sauté until softened.
- Stir in chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add kidney beans, black beans, tomato sauce, and diced tomatoes to the pot.
- Pour in water, stir to combine everything.
- Secure the lid, set the pressure cooker to manual, and cook on high for 20 minutes. Release pressure carefully.

For added kick, serve with a dash of hot sauce or jalapeños.
