Brown the ground beef in your pressure cooker on the sauté setting.
Add the chopped onion and green bell pepper, sauté until softened.
Stir in chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Add kidney beans, black beans, tomato sauce, and diced tomatoes to the pot.
Pour in water, stir to combine everything.
Secure the lid, set the pressure cooker to manual, and cook on high for 20 minutes. Release pressure carefully.
Notes
For added kick, serve with a dash of hot sauce or jalapeños.
