  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 can Kidney beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Tomato sauce
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 Green bell pepper chopped

  • Brown the ground beef in your pressure cooker on the sauté setting.
  • Add the chopped onion and green bell pepper, sauté until softened.
  • Stir in chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Add kidney beans, black beans, tomato sauce, and diced tomatoes to the pot.
  • Pour in water, stir to combine everything.
  • Secure the lid, set the pressure cooker to manual, and cook on high for 20 minutes. Release pressure carefully.

Notes

For added kick, serve with a dash of hot sauce or jalapeños.
