
Slow Cooker Garlic Butter Beef Bites and Potatoes

- 2 pounds beef stew meat
- 1 ½ pounds baby potatoes
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 4 tablespoons butter
- ½ cup water or beef broth
- 1 pound green beans trimmed

- Spray bottom of slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray
- Add beef and potatoes to slow cooker
- Season with soup mix, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and minced garlic
- Add butter and water
- Cook for 3-4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low, stirring occasionally
- Add green beans and more butter, if desired, in the last hour or two so they don't get too soggy
Notes
You can use frozen or canned green beans instead of fresh. If the potatoes are thick, cut them in half for even cooking. Cooking time may vary based on slow cooker size and brand.
