A hearty and flavorful slow cooker recipe made with tender beef, creamy potatoes, and fresh green beans in a garlic butter sauce – perfect for busy weeknights.
Spray bottom of slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray
Add beef and potatoes to slow cooker
Season with soup mix, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and minced garlic
Add butter and water
Cook for 3-4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low, stirring occasionally
Add green beans and more butter, if desired, in the last hour or two so they don't get too soggy
Notes
You can use frozen or canned green beans instead of fresh. If the potatoes are thick, cut them in half for even cooking. Cooking time may vary based on slow cooker size and brand.
