A delightful copycat recipe of the classic Cheesecake Factory four cheese pasta. Creamy, cheesy, and simply delicious!

- 200 g Pasta any type, such as penne or fusilli
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 cup Fontina cheese shredded
- ½ cup Gorgonzola cheese crumbled
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- ½ cup Heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
- 1 tablespoon Butter unsalted
- 2 tablespoon Fresh basil chopped
- ¼ cup Pasta cooking water reserved

- Boil the pasta according to the package instructions. Reserve ¼ cup of the cooking water and drain the rest.
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat, then add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the heavy cream and butter to the pan, stirring until the butter is melted and the mixture is well-combined.
- Lower the heat and stir in the mozzarella, parmesan, fontina, and gorgonzola cheeses until melted and smooth.
- Add salt and black pepper to taste.
- Toss the cooked pasta in the cheese sauce, adding the reserved pasta water to reach desired consistency.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve immediately.
