
Louisiana Chicken Pasta

- 2 breasts Chicken breast boneless, skinless
- 12 oz Pasta penne or rotini
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 tablespoon Louisiana seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- ½ teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 small Onion chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 cup Bell peppers sliced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- ¼ cup Green onions chopped
- 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped
- ½ teaspoon Smoked paprika
- ¼ teaspoon Dried thyme
- ½ cup Tomatoes diced, optional

- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken breasts with Louisiana seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and slice.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté onions, bell peppers, and garlic until softened.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir and bring to a simmer.
- Add Parmesan cheese, smoked paprika, thyme, and stir until sauce thickens.
- Return sliced chicken to the skillet along with diced tomatoes (if using). Cook for another 5 minutes to heat through.
- Toss cooked pasta into the skillet with the sauce and chicken until well combined.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and fresh parsley before serving.
