Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Season chicken breasts with Louisiana seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and slice.
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté onions, bell peppers, and garlic until softened.
Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir and bring to a simmer.
Add Parmesan cheese, smoked paprika, thyme, and stir until sauce thickens.
Return sliced chicken to the skillet along with diced tomatoes (if using). Cook for another 5 minutes to heat through.
Toss cooked pasta into the skillet with the sauce and chicken until well combined.
Garnish with chopped green onions and fresh parsley before serving.
