
Baked Feta Eggs in the Pressure Cooker
This quick and flavorful baked feta eggs recipe uses a pressure cooker to create a creamy, cheesy, and savory dish perfect for breakfast or brunch.

- 200 g Feta cheese crumbled
- 6 Eggs large
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil extra virgin
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano

- Preheat the pressure cooker on the sauté setting and add olive oil.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
- Sprinkle dried oregano over the tomatoes.
- Add crumbled feta cheese on top of the tomatoes.
- Crack the eggs over the feta and tomatoes, spacing them evenly.
- Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
- Close the pressure cooker lid and cook on high pressure for 3 minutes.
- Allow the pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
- Carefully open the lid and serve the baked feta eggs warm.
Notes
For a spicy twist, add red pepper flakes before cooking. Serve with crusty bread or pita to soak up the delicious sauce.
