- 1 packet Taco seasoning store-bought or homemade
- ½ cup Onion diced
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 8 pieces Taco shells
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 cup Lettuce shredded
- ½ cup Tomatoes diced
- ½ cup Sour cream optional

- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.

- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours and 30 minutes.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks.
