Heat a skillet over medium heat and brown the ground beef, stirring to break up chunks and cook evenly.
Drain excess fat from the skillet to avoid a greasy slow cooker meal.
Add chopped green bell pepper, onion, and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 3–4 minutes until softened.
Transfer the beef mixture to your slow cooker and spread it evenly.
Pour in the tomato sauce, ketchup, BBQ sauce and seasoning. Stir until everything is well combined and coated.
Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or on high for 3–4 hours. When done, open carefully and stir before serving.
