Instructions

Instructions

  • Start by cooking your pasta just like the box says until it’s al dente. Drain it and set aside.
  • Heat up the olive oil inside a large skillet over medium heat. Let it get nice and warm.
  • Toss in the ground beef and break it up with a spoon. Cook until it’s all browned and smells dang good.
  • Add in the frozen mixed vegetables and cook everything together for about 5 minutes so the veggies soften up.
  • Pour in that marinara sauce, then sprinkle your salt and pepper. Let it all simmer for 10 minutes to blend flavors.
  • Mix the cooked pasta into your sauce and veggie combo. Stir it up good so every bite’s tasty.
  • Top the whole thing with shredded mozzarella and cover it. Wait a few minutes till the cheese melts all gooey on top.
  • Serve it warm right outta the pot. Dig in before it’s all gone!

Notes

Store leftovers in airtight containers in the fridge for 3 to 4 days or freeze for longer storage. Reheat with a splash of water or sauce to maintain moisture and tender texture.
