Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (16 oz each) refried beans
  • 1 cup salsa use your fave kinda spicy or mild
  • 1 container (16 oz) sour cream
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mild works great for easygoing taste
  • 1 container (15 oz) guacamole fresh or store-bought, your call
  • 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese sharp or mild
  • 1 container (10 oz) grape tomatoes quartered
  • 1 can (2.25 oz) black olives sliced or chopped
  • 3-4 green onions sliced

Instructions

Instructions

  • First, mix your refried beans and taco seasoning in a bowl until it's one smooth, punchy mix. This is kinda the base layer, gotta get it right.
  • Spread that bean and taco seasoning mix evenly at the bottom of a big serving dish. Make sure you press it down just a little so it sticks nice.
  • Next up, gently spread salsa over the beans. You want it even but don’t mess up that first layer.
  • After that, spread the sour cream evenly on top of the salsa. This creamy layer kinda soothes all those spicy flavors.
  • Then, you spread the guacamole on sour cream. It’s a cool green to contrast all those reds and browns below.
  • Top all that off with cheddar cheese, followed by grape tomatoes, black olives, and sliced green onions. The colors gotta pop for that eye-catching dip.
  • Now, chill that beauty in the fridge for at least an hour. This wait lets the layers get all friendly and mingle flavors real good.
  • If you hear that valve hiss too long and it won’t stop, double-check your seal and gasket for sneaky leaks.
  • Quick release is great when in a hurry but be careful when steam starts whooshing out, it’s dang hot.

Notes

Serve chilled. For best flavor, chill for at least one hour or overnight. Store leftovers in an airtight container or cover tightly with plastic wrap and consume within 3 to 4 days.
