Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 pounds baby potatoes About 680 grams.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt Adjust to taste.
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • to taste fresh parsley For garnish (optional).

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the baby potatoes under cold water and pat them dry with a towel.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Cut the baby potatoes in half (or leave them whole if they are small enough) and add them to the mixing bowl.
  • Toss the potatoes in the oil and spice mixture until they are evenly coated.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Place the seasoned baby potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring not to overcrowd the basket.
  • Cook the potatoes at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  • Once the potatoes are golden brown and crispy, remove them from the air fryer.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve hot.

Notes

For extra crispiness, you can cook the potatoes for an additional 2-3 minutes but keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
Feel free to customize the seasonings to your preference; add more spices or herbs as desired.
Leftover potatoes can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheated in the air fryer.
