  • 1 basting brush

Ingredients
  

  • 4 ears corn, husked
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • to taste grated Parmesan cheese Optional topping.
  • to taste chili powder Optional topping.
  • to taste lime juice Optional topping.

Instructions
 

  • Husk the corn and remove all the silk. Rinse under cold water to clean.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, salt, and pepper.
  • Brush the butter mixture generously over each ear of corn, ensuring all sides are coated.
  • Place the corn in the air fryer basket, making sure to arrange them in a single layer for even cooking.
  • Cook the corn in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through to ensure even cooking. The corn should be tender and slightly charred.
  • Carefully remove the corn using tongs and allow to cool slightly before serving.
  • Optional: Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, chili powder, or squeeze a little lime juice over the top for added flavor.

Notes

Adjust the cooking time based on the size of the corn ears and your air fryer model.
Feel free to experiment with other seasonings and toppings to suit your taste.
Leftover corn can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days; reheat in the air fryer for a few minutes if desired.
