Ingredients
  

  • 4 ears corn on the cob Fresh corn works best.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • to taste butter Optional for serving.
  • to taste Parmesan cheese Optional for serving.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Husk the corn and remove all silk. Rinse the cobs under cool water and pat them dry with a towel.
  • In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, salt, and pepper together.
  • Brush the olive oil mixture generously over each ear of corn, ensuring they are coated evenly.
  • Place the corn in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not overlap.
  • Cook the corn in the air fryer for 12-15 minutes, turning halfway through the cooking time for even browning.
  • Once cooked, carefully remove the corn from the air fryer using tongs.
  • (Optional) Serve hot with butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese for extra flavor.
