Equipment

  • 1 air fryer
  • 1 mixing bowl
  • 1 whisk
  • 1 tongs
  • 1 meat thermometer optional

Ingredients

  • 8 pieces lamb chops About 1 inch thick.
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic Minced.
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary Chopped (or 2 teaspoons dried rosemary).
  • 1 piece lemon Juiced.
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well combined to create a marinade.
  • Add the lamb chops to the marinade, ensuring each chop is well coated. Cover and let marinate for at least 15 minutes at room temperature or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Once preheated, arrange the lamb chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure they are not overcrowded to allow even cooking.
  • Cook the lamb chops in the air fryer for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through. Use a meat thermometer to check that the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare, adjusting cooking time as needed for desired doneness.
  • After cooking, remove the lamb chops from the air fryer and allow them to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Serve the lamb chops with your choice of sides and enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to customize the marinade by adding herbs like thyme or mint for different flavors.
Pair with roasted vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
For added flavor, consider sprinkling some feta cheese or a yogurt sauce on top before serving.
