Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
If the chicken breasts are thick, pound them to an even thickness to ensure even cooking.
Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls: place flour in the first bowl, beaten eggs in the second bowl, and a mixture of breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in the third bowl.
Dip each chicken breast first in the flour, shaking off the excess, then in the beaten eggs, and finally in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing down to ensure it adheres well.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the breaded chicken breasts in the basket, ensuring they do not touch. You may need to do this in batches.
Cook the chicken in the air fryer for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, carefully flip the chicken over, spoon marinara sauce over each piece, and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
Air fry for an additional 5-8 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Once done, remove from the air fryer and let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
