In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, black pepper, oregano, and thyme.
Mix all the ingredients until well combined. Avoid overmixing to keep the meatballs tender.
Use your hands to form the mixture into approximately 1-inch meatballs, making about 16 meatballs in total.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or brush with olive oil to prevent sticking.
Place the meatballs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching each other. You may need to do this in batches.
Cook the meatballs for 10-12 minutes, flipping them halfway through to ensure even cooking. The meatballs should be browned and cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
Once cooked, remove the meatballs from the air fryer and let them rest for a minute before serving.
