  • 1 mixing bowl
  • 1 cutting board

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds baby potatoes About 900 grams.
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • to taste none salt
  • to taste none pepper

Instructions

  • Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly and dry them with a towel. Cut the potatoes in half or quarters, depending on their size.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cut potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
  • Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer (you may need to do this in batches if your air fryer is small).
  • Cook the potatoes in the air fryer for 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  • Check for doneness; the potatoes should be golden brown and crispy. If needed, cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Once done, remove the potatoes from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasoning to your preference by adding herbs such as thyme or oregano.
For extra crispiness, you can soak the potatoes in water for 30 minutes before seasoning and drying them.
Serve these roasted potatoes with your favorite dipping sauce or as a side to grilled meats or vegetables.
