Instructions
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.
In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until coated evenly.
Arrange shrimp in single layer in air fryer basket. Cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
While shrimp cooks, melt butter in small saucepan over medium heat.
Add minced garlic to butter and cook 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant, stirring frequently.
Stir in lemon juice, remaining garlic powder, salt, and red pepper flakes. Remove from heat.
Once shrimp is done, plate and drizzle with garlic butter sauce. Garnish with parsley if using.
Serve hot with rice or lemon wedges if desired.
Notes
Use fresh garlic for best flavor in the butter sauce. Don’t crowd the fryer basket — cook in batches to keep shrimp evenly crispy.
