  • 8 ounces Cream cheese room temperature
  • 6 ounces Bacon
  • 5 ounces Fresh spinach
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 1.5 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Roasted garlic can use jarred pre-roasted garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2.5 ounces Shredded parmesan cheese

  • Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain it on paper towels, then crumble it up.
  • Toss in the fresh spinach into the same skillet and sauté until wilted, about 3 to 4 minutes.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, crumbled bacon (save some for topping), roasted garlic, lemon juice, parsley, and parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Mix it all up until well combined.
  • Spread the mixture in a baking dish and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes until bubbly and slightly golden on top.
  • Serve warm with tortilla chips or crusty bread.

Notes

For making ahead, mix and store in the fridge. Bring to room temperature before baking.
