Equipment

  • 1 Pressure cooker unit with a clean sealing ring and float valve ready to go

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 4 large jalapeno peppers or however many you wanna stuff
  • 8 ounces cream cheese to make it creamy and dreamy inside
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder to bring up the heat level
  • 1 teaspoon garlic to add that punch of flavor you love
  • Salt and pepper just a pinch to keep it balanced
  • 1 pound ground Italian sausage hot type if you like it spicy
  • 12 slices bacon to wrap everything up nice and crispy

Instructions

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. This step is key for crisping that bacon at the end.
  • Cut those jalapenos in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds. You remember it's gonna get spicy so watch your fingers.
  • Mix cream cheese, chili powder, garlic, salt, and pepper till it's all blended and smooth. You gotta taste a little cause seasoning is key here.
  • Stuff each jalapeno half with that creamy mixture like it's a little treasure chest of yum.
  • Now grab the Italian sausage and mold it around the jalapenos real snug. Make sure it's covered from all sides.
  • Wrap each one tightly with a slice of bacon. If the bacon's slipping, toothpicks got your back to hold it all together.
  • Place all those bad boys on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and pop them in the oven for about 30 minutes. Watch for that bacon to get crispy and sausage cooked through.
