Wash and dry apples. Cut apples in half and scoop out seeds, core, and cut a little bowl in the center of each apple. Place apples in a baking dish.
In a bowl combine chopped pecans, raisins, and cinnamon.
Add even amounts of the pecan mixture to the center of each apple.
Drizzle 2 teaspoon of the maple syrup over halved apples, and bake until apples are tender, about 30-35 minutes.
While apples are baking, add the Greek yogurt to a small bowl along with 1 teaspoon of maple syrup. Mix thoroughly and place in refrigerator until apples are done baking.
Remove apples from oven and cool slightly.
Before serving, add a dollop of the maple Greek yogurt to the center of each apple and sprinkle with cinnamon.
