  • 2 lbs chicken breast boneless, skinless, and thin
  • 6 tablespoon creamy Caesar dressing
  • 6 oz provolone cheese sliced thick
  • 1 cup Caesar style croutons crushed
  • 1 tablespoon butter for greasing the dish
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

  • Butter up your baking dish so the chicken doesn’t stick.
  • Lay the chicken breast flat in the dish and season with salt and pepper.
  • Spread creamy Caesar dressing over each piece of chicken.
  • Layer provolone cheese on top of the chicken.
  • Crush croutons and sprinkle evenly over the cheese.
  • Bake at 375°F for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked and topping is golden.
  • If crumbs brown too quickly, cover with foil for remainder of the cook time.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use creamy Caesar dressing, not vinaigrette. Croutons can be crushed inside a zip bag for easy prep. Leftovers store well in fridge or freezer.
