Instructions
Butter up your baking dish so the chicken doesn’t stick.
Lay the chicken breast flat in the dish and season with salt and pepper.
Spread creamy Caesar dressing over each piece of chicken.
Layer provolone cheese on top of the chicken.
Crush croutons and sprinkle evenly over the cheese.
Bake at 375°F for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked and topping is golden.
If crumbs brown too quickly, cover with foil for remainder of the cook time.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use creamy Caesar dressing, not vinaigrette. Croutons can be crushed inside a zip bag for easy prep. Leftovers store well in fridge or freezer.
