Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts About 6 ounces each.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley For garnish, optional.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and brush the oil and spice mixture evenly over both sides of each breast.
  • For extra juiciness, cover the baking dish with plastic wrap or parchment paper for the first 15 minutes of cooking.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) when checked with a meat thermometer.
  • Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing to help retain juices.
  • Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving, if desired.
