Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and brush the oil and spice mixture evenly over both sides of each breast.
For extra juiciness, cover the baking dish with plastic wrap or parchment paper for the first 15 minutes of cooking.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) when checked with a meat thermometer.
Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing to help retain juices.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving, if desired.
