Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease your donut pan well.
Whisk flour, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a big mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl, beat the egg, then mix in yogurt, vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix just until combined.
Fill a piping bag with the batter and pipe into greased donut molds about two-thirds full.
Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and toothpick comes out clean.
Let them cool a bit on a rack then toss in melted butter and cinnamon sugar mix until coated.
