Equipment

  • 1 large skillet
  • 1 paper towels
  • 1 large tortillas (10-inch)
  • 1 mixing bowl

Ingredients

  • 8 slices bacon
  • 2 large tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, leaves separated
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions

  • In the large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 8-10 minutes. Flip occasionally for even cooking. Once cooked, place the bacon on paper towels to drain excess grease.
  • In a mixing bowl, mash the avocado with a fork and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Lay out each tortilla and spread a tablespoon of mayonnaise on each one.
  • On each tortilla, arrange layers of lettuce, sliced tomatoes, crispy bacon, and a generous spread of mashed avocado.
  • Carefully wrap the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you roll it up from the bottom to the top.
  • Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately.

Notes

You can use turkey bacon for a healthier option.
Add cheese or cucumber for extra flavor and crunch.
These wraps are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the fridge for a few hours; just be aware that the lettuce may wilt.
