- 8 slices bacon
- 2 large tomatoes, sliced
- 1 head romaine lettuce, leaves separated
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- to taste salt and pepper
In the large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 8-10 minutes. Flip occasionally for even cooking. Once cooked, place the bacon on paper towels to drain excess grease.
In a mixing bowl, mash the avocado with a fork and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Lay out each tortilla and spread a tablespoon of mayonnaise on each one.
On each tortilla, arrange layers of lettuce, sliced tomatoes, crispy bacon, and a generous spread of mashed avocado.
Carefully wrap the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you roll it up from the bottom to the top.
Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately.
You can use turkey bacon for a healthier option.
Add cheese or cucumber for extra flavor and crunch.
These wraps are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the fridge for a few hours; just be aware that the lettuce may wilt.
