Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup hot sauce Like Frank's RedHot.
  • ½ cup unsalted butter 1 stick.
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • to taste salt Add as desired.

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter, stirring continuously to prevent burning.
  • Once the butter is melted, add the hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and white vinegar to the saucepan.
  • Whisk the mixture together until it is well combined.
  • Continue to heat the mixture for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Taste the sauce and add salt if desired, adjusting the seasoning to your preference.
  • Remove the saucepan from heat and allow the buffalo sauce to cool slightly.
  • Transfer the buffalo sauce to a storage jar or container, and it can be used immediately or stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

Adjust the heat level by using different hot sauces or adding more hot sauce to your preferred taste.
For a tangier flavor, consider adding more vinegar.
This buffalo sauce is excellent for chicken wings, but can also be used on burgers, pizzas, or as a dipping sauce.
