  • 1 chef's knife
  • 1 wooden spoon
  • 1 measuring cups and spoons

Ingredients

  • 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
  • 4 cups green cabbage, chopped
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil 15ml
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika 5g

Instructions

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  • Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the onion is soft and translucent.
  • Stir in the chopped cabbage, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt. Continue to cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage wilts.
