- 2 pounds medium green cabbage Thinly sliced.
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic Minced.
- 1 inch fresh ginger Grated.
- 1 medium red bell pepper Sliced.
- 1 medium carrot Julienned.
- 3 stalks green onions Chopped.
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar Optional.

Begin by preparing your vegetables. Thinly slice the cabbage, slice the bell pepper, julienne the carrot, and chop the green onions.
