Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper if desired.
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles as per the package instructions.
Place a generous spoonful of the chicken and cheese mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
Roll the dough up from the wide end to the tip, enclosing the filling completely and forming a crescent shape. Pinch the seams to seal.
Arrange the filled crescent rolls on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown.
Once baked, remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. If desired, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley for garnish before serving.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ranch or buffalo sauce.
