- 1 12-inch pre-made pizza crust
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- to taste salt and pepper
- optional fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to preheat as well.
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
Roll out the pre-made pizza crust on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.
Carefully transfer the rolled-out pizza crust onto a pizza stone or baking sheet.
Brush the crust lightly with olive oil to give it a nice golden color while baking.
Spread the chicken Alfredo mixture evenly over the crust, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese generously on top of the chicken mixture, followed by the grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown, and the crust is cooked through.
Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired.
Slice and serve hot.
Feel free to customize this pizza by adding other toppings such as spinach, mushrooms, or sun-dried tomatoes.
You can also make your own Alfredo sauce if you prefer homemade over store-bought.
Leftover pizza can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator and reheated in the oven for best results.
