- 3 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded About 1.5 pounds raw chicken.
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables Peas, carrots, corn.
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the shredded chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes until warmed through.
Add the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
