Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts About 1.5 pounds.
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme).
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped For garnish, optional.

Instructions
 

  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and place them in the crockpot.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken broth, heavy cream, minced garlic, Italian herbs, salt, black pepper, olive oil, and lemon juice. Whisk until well blended.
  • Pour the sauce over the chicken in the crockpot, ensuring the chicken breasts are fully covered.
  • Cover the crockpot and cook on low heat for 6 hours or on high heat for 3 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  • Once cooked, remove the chicken breasts from the crockpot and slice them. Drizzle some of the creamy sauce on top and garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
  • Serve with rice, pasta, or vegetables for a complete meal.

Notes

For added flavor, you can sauté the minced garlic in olive oil before adding it to the crockpot.
This recipe can be easily doubled; just ensure your crockpot is large enough to accommodate the extra ingredients.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in the microwave before serving.
