  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-size pieces
  • 2 teaspoon seasoned salt to bring out savory notes on your chicken
  • 1.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • cup mayonnaise for the dressing
  • 2 tablespoon dijon mustard for the dressing
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar for the dressing
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder a dash for classic Caesar taste vibe
  • 5 to 6 dashes Worcestershire sauce for classic Caesar taste vibe
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt to balance everything out in the dressing
  • 1 heart romaine chopped fine enough to fit nicely into your wraps, about 6 to 8 cups
  • 1 ¼ cups freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup grape tomatoes halved for a juicy pop of freshness
  • wraps soft tortillas to wrap all ingredients

Instructions

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a big skillet on medium-high heat—you want it hot enough to brown chicken but not burn it.
  • Throw in chicken pieces, sprinkle with seasoned salt and black pepper so they get seasoned while cooking.
  • Cook chicken until browned and done, about 6 to 8 minutes. Stir a bit now and then so it browns evenly.
  • While chicken cooks, whisk together your dressing ingredients in a bowl. This dressing is gonna coat everything with yum.
  • When chicken finishes, take the skillet off heat and let it cool a little—it won’t dry out if it rests a bit.
  • Mix the chicken gently with the dressing until it’s all coated perfectly.
  • Lay out your tortillas, then add chopped romaine, the chicken mixture, grape tomatoes, and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Wrap it up tight and you got a neat, tasty chicken Caesar salad wrap ready to go.

Notes

Store leftover chicken mixture in an airtight container in the fridge up to 3 days to keep it fresh. Keep your romaine separate or add it fresh when you’re ready. Reheat leftover chicken gently to keep it moist. You can swap mayo for Greek yogurt for a lighter dressing. Use whole-wheat tortillas or lettuce leaves as preferred.
