Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, minced garlic, egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Mix the ingredients together until well combined, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it into the prepared loaf pan.
Spread the ketchup evenly over the top of the meatloaf for added moisture and flavor.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the top is browned.
Once cooked, remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for about 10 minutes before slicing to help the juices redistribute.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for longer shelf life. Reheat in the microwave or oven before serving.
