  • 10-½ ounce can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • slivered almonds optional topping
  • honey optional drizzle

  • Melt the butter in your pressure cooker on medium heat.
  • Add chopped red onion and garlic. Stir and cook for 3-5 minutes until onions are soft and translucent.
  • Pour in mixed vegetables with liquid and cook for about 2 minutes.
  • Add condensed cream of chicken soup and milk. Stir to combine into a creamy base.
  • Close the lid, set pressure cooker to high pressure. Cook for 5 minutes under pressure.
  • Let it naturally release for 10 minutes, then open the lid carefully and stir.
  • Serve hot, and optionally top with slivered almonds and a drizzle of honey.

Notes

Use frozen pre-chopped onions and garlic to save time. Substitute with dairy-free milk if desired. Store leftovers safely in airtight containers and freeze extra portions if needed.
