Cooking Instructions
Mix eggs, cottage cheese, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
Stir in the shredded cheese and crumbled bacon.
Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or muffin tins, filling three-quarters full.
Set the molds in a pressure cooker on a rack with water halfway up the sides.
Secure the lid, set valve to seal, and pressure cook for 8 minutes.
Let pressure release naturally for 10 minutes before opening.
Carefully remove molds and let cool slightly before serving.
