Copycat Starbucks Spinach Feta Wrap Recipe (Double the Protein!)

This Spinach, Feta & Egg White Wrap is stuffed with cheesy goodness and bursting with bold Mediterranean flavors! It's WAY better than Starbucks, with more fiber and almost double the protein, making it the perfect high-protein, macro-friendly breakfast option that’s quick and easy to prepare.

  • 1 wrap Joseph’s lavash wrap or large burrito soft yet sturdy base
  • ½ teaspoon oil from sun-dried tomatoes adds richness for the filling
  • 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
  • 2 tablespoon sun-dried tomatoes in oil chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • pinch salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup egg whites about 120 grams
  • 3 tablespoon shredded mozzarella freshly shredded recommended
  • 2 tablespoon crumbled feta

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Spray a skillet with cooking spray and set to medium heat. Add the oil. When warm, add the spinach and sauté until wilted.
    ½ teaspoon oil from sun-dried tomatoes, 1 cup fresh spinach
  • Then stir in the sun-dried tomatoes, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.

  • Shake the carton of egg whites and pour over spinach mixture. Stir a few times to mix evenly then cover and let sit to form an egg patty.

  • Lay lavash bread out. Place egg patty in the center then sprinkle evenly over top with both cheeses.
    3 tablespoon shredded mozzarella, 2 tablespoon crumbled feta
  • Fold by rolling up like a burrito with the bottom-side sealed. Spray the burrito with cooking spray on both sides then place in the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 5-10 minutes, flipping halfway, or until desired crispiness.
  • Cut in half, and enjoy!

Notes

To make dairy-free: use dairy-free mozzarella and feta cheese. To make gluten-free: use a gluten-free wrap.
