- 1 cup cream cheese softened.
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup diced green onions
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon chili powder

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
