Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz linguine pasta
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced
  • 4 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper Adjust for desired spice level.
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.
  • 1 lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the linguine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and season with paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and fully cooked.
  • Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently until fragrant.
  • Reduce heat to low and add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter to the skillet. Once melted, add cherry tomatoes and cook until softened, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and combined. Add lemon juice and mix well.
  • Toss the cooked linguine into the skillet with the chicken and sauce. Stir until the pasta is well coated with the sauce.
  • Plate the linguine and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve hot.

Notes

You can adjust the spice level by modifying the amount of cayenne pepper according to your preference.
For added flavor, consider marinating the chicken in the seasoning for 30 minutes before cooking.
This dish pairs well with a side salad or garlic bread for a complete meal.
