Cook bacon in sauté pan or pressure cooker until crispy. Remove and set aside. Leave bacon fat in the pot.
Add chicken pieces to bacon fat and sauté 2–3 minutes. Sprinkle in ranch seasoning and stir to coat.
Add penne pasta and pour in chicken broth. Stir and seal the lid, ensuring valve is set to sealing.
Cook under pressure for 8 minutes. Quick release pressure after cooking.
Add cream cheese and stir until melted into a creamy sauce.
Stir in bacon crumbles, cheddar, and mozzarella cheese. Cover lid for 1 minute to melt cheese.
Sprinkle Parmesan and parsley before serving.
Notes
You can pre-cook bacon or chicken for busy nights. Garnish with more cheddar or ranch if desired.
