Ingredients
  

  • 1 package (3 oz) cranberry-flavored gelatin (Jello)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 can (15 oz) whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts optional
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, dissolve the cranberry-flavored gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir well until fully dissolved.
  • Add 1 cup of cold water to the gelatin mixture and stir to combine.
  • Stir in the whole berry cranberry sauce until well mixed.
  • Mix in the chopped celery, walnuts (if using), and mini marshmallows. Ensure all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  • Pour the mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish and spread it evenly.
  • Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until completely set.
  • Once set, cut into squares and serve chilled.

Notes

You can add diced apples or oranges for extra flavor and texture.
This salad can be made a day in advance to save time.
If you prefer a smoother texture, you can blend the cranberry sauce before mixing it into the gelatin.
